So how did you guys send 2008 off, and welcome 2009? :D
Instead of feeling all excited, I felt all nostalgic and emo... :(
partly becos i'm biddin gdbye to 2008, a yr filled with so many happenings, be it good or bad...
it just felt like we've done so much in tat yr, n after 365 days, we just moved on to a new year..
but anyway, it is of cos sian to hear of the recession which we'r facing right nw... probably to all the working adults out there, this has been much affecting everyone's life... fearing of gettin retrenched, nt receivin bonus n other factors which could affect practically anyone...
But not that we can help, is it? Time and tide waits for no man. Whether we celebrate it with a bash, or with tears, or quietly, the year will just pass anyway. Sooooo.. I've decided to spend time with my parents n meet up with Boyf after his OT... =D
went to the countdown party @ Khatib.. watched a few performances b4 we decided to leave the place after we heard some chee-na songs.. :/
daddy brought us for supper.. yummy nasi lemak... :)
thereafter, they drove mi to meet my darling at his hse... he said he gt a plan... cos we couldn't make it to watch any fireworks, we played firecrackers instead... keke..
so i spent my new yr's eve setting up artificial fireworks.. =)
went back hm to watch the countdown show after our firecrackers sessi0n..
a big thanks to everyone who have accompanied n helped mi through 2008...
through the bad n good times... it's an honour to have u guys... =)
